An antique Chinese Qind Dynasty period Famille Rose hand painted enameled bowl depicting iron red bat and peaches to center interior. Exterior shows flowers and leaves including lotus blossoms with lily pads and flying bird. Bottom holds red flower Kangxi (1662-1722) mark, and is of the period. Measures 2 5/8" height x 6 1/2" diameter (6.6cm x 16.5cm). Total weight of 356 grams. Provenance: Christie's Scotland 08/29/1991. From an Important St. Louis Collection. Holds Zeiser Museum label to bottom.
