<B>1799 S$1 7x6 Stars--Scratched--ANACS. VF20 Details.</B></I> B-11, BB-161, R.3. Bowers-Borckardt Die State III. A dusky olive-gray example from the usual broken reverse die state. A minor obverse rim ding is noted at 2 o'clock, but the thin scratches through the right (facing) wingtip are less obtrusive than is suggested by the ANACS designation.
