<B>1799 Bill of Lading Document for Cargo Transported on the Ship “Argo”.</B></I> 9.25” x 4.75”, printed document filled in by hand, Falmouth, England, December 4, 1799. This bill of lading lists a variety of goods on entrusted to the Argo by Joseph Danfield bound for Naples, Italy. The cargo includes star anis, paper, flax, copperas, tin plates, pimentos, and sugar.
