Large Cents 1799/8 S-188 R4 G4+. Overdate 9 over 8. <b>A couple points sharper but covered with fine porosity, strongest on the obverse. No verdigris. The only marks are a faint hairline scratch through the fraction and a barely visible rim bruise at S-O. The bottom of the second 9 is just starting to flow into the rim below, but the other 3 digits are full and the overdate is visible. The legends are complete. Rather glossy chocolate brown with some darker olive and steel brown toning in protected areas.
