<B>1799 $10 Small Stars Obverse--Repaired, Whizzed, Rim Filed--ANACS. AU50 Details.</B></I> Breen-6840, Taraszka-20, BD-8, R.5. This variety is characterized by the leaf on the reverse that touches the I in AMERICA rather than pointing to the space between the I and C, and the date is spaced 1 7 9 9. The surfaces show obvious signs of whizzing, and the 'Repaired' disclaimer by ANACS apparently refers to an irregularity in the field above the arrow points on the reverse.
