1798 S$1 Large Eagle--Obverse Damage--NCS. VF Details. Point 9 Close Date. Ex: Reiver. B-28, BB-118, R.3. Digit 8 out of position, high and leaning slightly right; point of leaf below right half of C. The obverse damage consists of some light vertical and horizontal scratches in the right obverse field, and a couple of minor edge file marks, one on the obverse, another on the reverse.
