<B>1798 $1 Large Eagle AU50 NGC.</B></I> B-28, BB-118, R.3. Bowers-Borckardt Die State I with a "perfect" reverse die. The reverse is misaligned toward 3 o'clock, while the obverse is well centered. Pockets of bright luster illuminate the wings and Liberty's hair. The borders are also partly lustrous. The light chestnut-gray toning is generally consistent, but deepens slightly on Liberty's cheek.
