An old bend does show around Liberty's neck area, and a single, straight-line pinscratch runs on the reverse from the left upright of the first T in STATES down onto the eagle's breast. A couple of smaller pinscrapes are noted in the left obverse field. Despite these caveats, however, this coin retains significant appeal, as a nice example of the very scarce 16 Stars subtype.
