<B>1796 25C --Scratched--NCS. Fair Details.</B></I> B-2, R.3. The 6 in the date nearly touches the bottom of the drapery on this variety. Natural light to medium gray toning resides on both sides. Part of Liberty is visible, as are about half of the stars and the upper part of the eagle. A couple of shallow, toned-over scratches occur on Liberty's portrait.<BR><I>From The Robert W.
