ONE CENT is centered within the wreath, and the E in STATES is entered high. A slight curved clip is noted between 7 and 8 o'clock on the obverse and corresponding area of the reverse. Also struck slightly off center, which is apparently not all that uncommon on this variety, the denticles are not well defined because of this--usually they are on this variety. EAC 8.
