Frosty medium brown with darker steel brown toning on the highpoints. The surfaces are smooth except for a small patch of very light roughness in the field just right of the Y in LIBERTY. The "scratched" comment on the ANACS label refers to myriad very faint hairlines on the portrait, mostly on the cheek and neck. These scratches are not visible without the aid of a good glass, and the overall eye appeal of this example is quite nice. MDS, Manley state 2.0. EAC grade VF25.
