April 3, 1794-Dated Federal Period, Printed Document containing Two official ACTs Approved in Print by President George Washington, “THIRD CONGRESS of the United States: at the First Session.” at the City of Philadelphia, Choice Crisp Extremely Fine.
Two original Printed Federal ACTs on a single Document, measuring 8” x 13.25”, 1 page, at Philadelphia. Boldly printed in black with sharp text on clean laid period paper. This Document reads, in part:

“THIRD CONGRESS of the United States: at the First Session. Begun and held at the City of Philadelphia, in the state of Pennsylvania, on Monday the second of December, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-three. -

1. An ACT to authorize the President of the United States in certain cases to alter the Place for holding a Session of Congress. -- Approved--April the third 1794. (Signed in print) “Go: Washington, President of the United States.”

2. The Second ACT reads, in part:

“An ACT transferring, for a limited Time, the Jurisdiction of Suits and Offences from the District to the Circuit Court of New-Hampshire, and assigning certain Duties in respect to Invalid Pensioners, to the Attorney of the said District. - Approved -- April the third 1794. (Go: Washington), President of the United States.”
