1794 H10C MS62 PCGS. V-2, LM-2, R.5. The digit 1 in the date resides right of center of Liberty's lowest hair curl, and obverse star 2 points between the third and fourth curls. On the reverse, there are two inner berries but no outer berries below the eagle's left (facing) wing. It seems remarkable that a coin of this date can be found in such a well preserved state. Obviously, it must have been saved early from circulation and carefully protected thereafter. This example displays a deep coating of olive-green toning with a touch of gold coloration along the reverse periphery. The only minor detraction is a pinscratch that extends across the eagle's neck and over the top of the left wing. A lovely and conditionally scarce example of this early half dime issue.

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
