<B>1794 Cent Talbot, Allum & Lee Cent PR65 Brown NGC.</B></I> Breen-1032. A splendid Gem proof with deeply mirrored fields and lustrous devices. Cameo contrast is evident on both sides, although the grading service has not designated it as a Cameo proof. Both sides have gorgeous chestnut-brown surfaces with pale blue iridescence among the devices. NGC has certified eight proof Talbot, Allum, and Lee cents, including four of each date. The 1794's graded include one PR63 Brown, two PR65 Brown, and one PR65 Red and Brown.
