<B>1794 50C VF35 NGC.</B></I> O-101a, R.4. This variety is the only plentiful die marriage of the year, and it is usually identified by the reverse crack from the border to the wreath between the D and first S. The reverse has additional cracks described for die state a of this marriage. Well centered and problem-free with medium gray toning over most of each side and pale gray accents over the devices. Any 1794 half dollar, regardless of grade, is an important and highly desired piece.
