<B>1794<50C>--Repaired, Whizzed--NCS. VG Details.</B></I> O-104, R.5. The fields on each side show both evidence of whizzing and smoothing, the latter apparently to remove some porosity from the fields, while the eagle's right (facing) wing has been tooled to strengthen the detail in that area. The rim break above ER combined with the left and right lower stars piercing the devices is diagnostic.
