<B>1794 50C Good 4 PCGS.</B></I> O-105, R.5. The 1794 half dollar is a historic issue, representative (along with the 1794 silver dollar) of America's first silver coinage, and a two-year type coin along with the much more common 1795-dated issue. On this variety star 1 is attached to Liberty's lowest hair curl, and an olive leaf joins the bottom of the I in AMERICA. The rims are full on each side, although wear has effaced most of the central eagle design.
