Also includes war department message from Secretary of War Henry Knox regarding pensions for the ''Military Invalids of the United States'' from the American Revolution. Newspaper, measuring 13.25'' x 20.25'', runs 4pp. Edges frayed and burned, chips and creases, pinholes at center, mild foxing and toning. Very good condition.
