<B>1793 Chain 1C AMERICA--Corroded--ANACS. AG3 Details</B></I> S-2, High R.4. The chain, ONE CENT, and the fraction are quite strong, as is typical. All letters in LIBERTY are visible, albeit weakly. The date is worn away, but most of the Liberty motif is outlined, and the eye and nose are relatively strong. There is slight micro-porosity, but this should not dissuade the bidder who desires a low-grade, affordable Chain cent. Actually, the surfaces are nice considering the grade.
