<B>1793 1C Wreath Cent--Vine and Bars, Damaged--NCS. VF Details.</B></I> S-10, B-10, R.4. This impressively detailed Wreath cent was recolored and has a few small digs, mostly near the date. The obverse has a faded scratch near 9 o'clock, the reverse has an edge bruise at 2 o'clock, and the rims have a few lesser irregularities. Still decidedly above average in quality for this briefly issued type.
