<B>1793 1C Wreath Cent--Vine and Bars, Scratched--NCS. Fine Details.</B></I> S-8, B-13, R.3. This medium brown cent has clear legends, and all berries are distinct. The back of Liberty's head has much hair detail. The left obverse border is granular, and the obverse has a number of wispy pinscratches. The central reverse displays an X. A planchet cutter mark is noted between 5 and 9 o'clock on the reverse.
