Other characteristics of Die State 2 are no longer visible. The reverse is rotated clockwise approximately 30 degrees. Generally deep brown surfaces with considerable dark green corrosion on both sides. A heavy diagonal scratch inside the wreath extends up to OF. Each of the four 1793 Half Cent varieties are of approximately equal rarity.<BR> Half Cents from the Reiver Collection are attributed according to references by Roger S. Cohen, Jr. and Walter Breen. Cohen's work is titled <I>American Half Cents, the "Little Half Sisters,"</B></I> published in 1971 with a second edition in 1982. Breen's reference is <I>Walter Breen's Encyclopedia of United States Half Cents 1793-1857,</B></I> published in 1983. Die states of the half cents are from <I>The Half Cent Die State Book 1793-1857</B></I> by Ronald P.
