A 1791 broadside signed in print by Washington as president and Adams as vice president, and actually signed by Jefferson as secretary of state. It publishes an Act of Congress authorizing that one David Cook and one Thomas Campbell receive government pensions because wounds they suffered during the Revolutionary War render them unfit for labor to earn their livelihood. A fine Jefferson display piece. Fine condition; usual folds present; light toning near the corners and borders; minor edge wear.
