1789 Alexander Hamilton Imprint. One page, 6.75” x 8.25”, printed date of December 18, 1789, toned with a small area of ghosting that affects a few words on the next to last line of text, with the usual fold creases, else very good. Titled “Extract of a circular Letter from Alexander Hamilton, Esq; Secretary of the Treasury of the United States”, this short imprint resolutely affirms Hamilton’s intention of bringing suit against anyone late in paying bonds on duties. Ex.
