At least 5 points sharper but there are a few planchet flaws on an otherwise very nice planchet. A thin fissure from the back of the head to the rim under the bust, a delaminated chip at IB in LIB, and a smaller fissure from the back of the head to the chip at IB are the only notable flaws. Traces of fine verdigris show in protected areas and reddish slag shows in the fissures. Glossy olive brown and chocolate. A curved planchet clip affects the tops of AU in AUCTORI. The date is tight to the edge but it is strong and the legends are very strong. This piece has nice eye appeal for a Vermont in spite of the flaws. Weight 114.1 grains.
