<B>1787 1/2 C Massachusetts Half Cent XF40 PCGS.</B></I> Ryder 4-C, R.2. Generally medium brown, although lighter golden-brown on the reverse field. The eagle's shield and the Indian's attire exhibit wear, but HALF CENT is easily legible. Minor build-up accompanies design recesses. A mint-made 2% curved clip at 12 o'clock is largely obscured by the holder.
