<B>1787<1/2 C> Massachusetts Half Cent MS62 Brown NGC.</B></I> Ryder 1-D, R.4. Pleasing olive-brown surfaces with some traces of iridescent luster, and possibly within the Condition Census for this scarce variety. The surfaces have a slightly matte appearance with traces of hard, old corrosion on each side. A few faint hairline scratches can be seen at the lower right part of the obverse. The centers are extremely soft, similar to lot 63 in part V of the Ford Collection. Listed on page 57 of the 2007 <I>Guide Book.</B></I>
