<B>1784 Pennsylvania Conveyance For 400 Acres of Land in Northumberland County Signed by Tench Coxe.</B></I> 8 x 13, in ink, dated August, 1784 and transferred again in June, 1794, has been folded and exhibits the usual crease marks, else in very good condition. Tench Coxe (1755-1824) was a delegate for Pennsylvania to the Continental Congress 1788-89.
