<B>1783 1C Washington & Independence Cent, Draped Bust, Copper Restrike, Engrailed Edge PR64 Red PCGS.</B></I> Baker-3. A boldly struck brick-red near-Gem. Free from contact, and only a tiny toning fleck or two precludes a finer grade. A restrike made in the 1850s by London coin dealer W.J. Taylor, who produced working dies from hubs acquired with scrap from the Soho mint.
