Being a Pay Request by Daniel Edwards having requested that Captain James Coleman, deputy sheriff, be paid for “trouble & expenses in apprehending one John Hubbard, on Suspicion of making and altering false bills...” Signed at lower right by Daniel Edwards and on back by Captain James Coleman. A nice clean well written document having excellent eye appeal with this order to Joseph Tallcott, Esqr. Treasurer.
