Colonials 1760 Voce Populi Halfpenny Nelson-3 (the VOOE variety) Rarity-3 PCGS graded EF45. <b>Glossy light brown with medium brown toning in protected areas. There are a few shallow planchet voids on the cheek, a couple more at the rim right of the E in VOCE, and one on the rim at VO, all as struck. Later die state with a rim cud break following the A in HIBERNIA. The obverse is struck slightly off center to K-5, the reverse off a similar amount to K-1.
