1758 Votes and Proceedings of the House of Representatives of the Province of Pennsylvania: Volume 5. (Philadelphia: Henry Miller, 1775), 560 pages, folio (10" x 15"), original owner's (Benjamin Chapman) name written on the first free endpaper, original calf. Covers events from October 14, 1758 until September 26, 1767. This particular volume was issued right after Benjamin Franklin stopped printing similar volumes. However, it is still an excellent and exhaustive insight into the workings of the government during the Colonial period. This copy is in very good condition with moderate foxing throughout, a detached front cover, leather rubbing and beginning to rot on covers, and water damage on inside covers. Small pencil notations on free front endpaper do not detract.
