<B>1747 1/2P Machin's Mills Halfpenny--Corroded--NCS. VF Details.</B></I> Vlack 1-47A, R.5. The legends are bold and the types are clear on this early-dated Machin's Mills example. The dark brown surfaces are moderately granular, and an old faded scratch is concealed beneath the extended arm. The reverse is slightly misaligned toward 12 o'clock.
