<B>1724 1/2P Hibernia Halfpenny MS65 Red and Brown PCGS.</B></I> Breen-165. Wide HIBERNIA and DEI GRATIA. No stop after date. Most Hibernia Halfpennies are dated 1723. The 1724 is considerably scarcer, and is seldom found with remaining red throughout the borders. The portrait and fields are medium brown. An impressively smooth Gem with only minor strike incompleteness in the centers. Three small and unimportant edge flaws (as made) on the reverse between 5 and 6 o'clock will identify this stellar example.
