West Mexico, San Sebastian, ca. 300 BC/AD. Molded abstract ceramic figure seated with legs to one side; wearing a skirt and with simple banded headdress and ears with circular ornaments. Overall red slip painted fugitive (post fire) pigment with white painted highlights. She holds a bowl on her lap. 10-1/2"H (26.6 cm) Nice dendritic deposits.
