<B>1652 SHILNG Pine Tree Shilling, Small Planchet VF25 NGC.</B></I> Noe-30, Crosby 13-S, R.3. 70.6 grains. A late die state with a slender vertical spur die break from the 6 in the date. This olive-gray example has a clear tree and a bold date and denomination. Mint-made straight clips affect the lower peripheral legends, and the reverse is slightly misaligned toward 7 o'clock. The reverse edge at 10:30 is beveled, and wear is greatest within the area.
