<B>1652 SHILNG Oak Tree Shilling VF30 PCGS.</B></I> Noe-5, Crosby 2-D, R.2. 69.4 grains. Pearl-gray toning enriches this desirable Massachusetts silver piece, although hints of olive color reside in protected areas. Die breaks (as made) before and after the A in AN DOM. A few wispy marks are present near the edges of the tree, but the overall appearance is smooth. The obverse is moderately off-center, with the legends below the oak tree partly off the flan. The oak tree and the majority of the legends are bold.
