STAR TREK III: THE SEARCH FOR SPOCK (1984) - Light-Up Vulcan Candle - A light-up Vulcan candle from Leonard Nimoy's Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. Vulcan candles were visible when Captain James T. Kirk (William Shatner) returned to Vulcan with Spock's (Leonard Nimoy) body.

This otherworldly molded plastic device features an opaque, hollow top component with a curved and winged decorative tip, handle, and two strips of yellow tape applied down its length, as well as a black base which conceals a 9V battery-powered acrylic and metal light stand. The light is connected to copper wiring affixed to the interior top of the candle. The wiring is fragile from age, rendering its functionality unpredictable, while the tape exhibits peeling and the plastic exhibits scuffs from production use and handling. Dimensions: 6" x 2.5" x 15" (15.25 cm x 6.5 cm x 38.25 cm)

Contains electronics; see electronics notice in the Buyer's Guide.

Estimate: $1,500 - 3,000
