<B>15 Indian Territory Court Documents,</B></I> each one page with docketing, 8.25" x 14", early 1900s. A lurid collection of territorial indictments for everything from attempted murder to selling liquor to stealing horses. Descriptions of each crime are generally typed, the following being a typical example: "...one Edgar Williams, then and there being, did make an assault, with the felonious intent him the said Edgar Williams then and there to kill." All documents have smoothed folds and old toning. Sporadic stains, overall very good condition.
