Handsome 14kt yellow gold and enamel Part President medal award dedicated on the verso read, "Upper Man #42 John C. Chiotis 1961 14k"
John C. Chiotis co-wrote, "How to Become a Policeman" with Joseph C. Pell 1st ed. published by Funk & Wagnalls, New York, 1946.

The medal is in excellent condition with vibrant enameling in pristine condition and features the Past President plaque below which an open wing high relief American eagle perched on a bold blue cross adorned with cross swords acanthus leaf and monogrammed blue ribbon below the ribbon dangles a pair of crossed gavels. This medal would make an interesting addition to any fine collection and measures 4 1/4 inches in height 1 3/4 inches in width and weighs approximate 32 grams.
