(14DOR-12): Desirable early United States Property marked Colt Model 1911 Navy semi-auto pistol, .45 cal., 5” barrel, blue finish, two tone magazine, checkered wood grips, #526 in overall very good + condition showing considerable mutedblue finish on the slide with a grey patina on the frame, good bore, crisp action, good markings and very good wood grips; missing front sight. Serial number places this Navy in the first block of USN designated Colt 1911’s (501-1,000) produced in1912; from an old California bay area estate. (C&R). Est.: $2,000-$4,000.
