Brian “Maytum” abstract design paperweight, containing two elongated bubble shapes in the center, which dance inside a swirling pink, lavender, and dichroic veil. Bubbles between the swirls create the illusion of a rose encased in clear crystal. Matte iridescent pink overlay, with four round and four long windows, cut on the sides. Signed/dated 1985. The auction is conducted under these Terms and Conditions of Auction
and applicable state and local law. </P>
<P><B>Bidders:</B><BR>
Any person participating in or who registers for the auction agrees
to be bound by and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Auction.
("Bidder(s)") Bidders are urged to read carefully the
following explanation of the conditions of sale, which contain
the terms on which L. H. Selman Ltd. conducts auctions. L. H.
Selman Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. </P>
<P><B>Buyers Premium:</B><BR>
Successful bidders will be responsible for the total amount due
at the auctions close. Unsuccessful bidders will not be contacted.
<B>Successful bidders must pay a fifteen percent [15%] Buyers
Premium on the hammer price of each item, plus applicable tax
and shipping fees.</B></P>

Advance bidders are bound by L. H. Selman Ltd. general auction

are placed. Advance bids will be done as if the bidder is present.
Advance bidders will not have any claim against the L. H. Selman
Ltd. for failure to submit advance bids to the auctioneer. Bids
may be placed prior to the auction by Internet, telephone, fax,
email, or mail. When identical fax, email or mail bids are submitted,
preference is given to the first received; Internet bids are evaluated
as received first. The decision of the Auctioneer and declaration
of the winning Bidder is final. The Auctioneer is not responsible
for executing mail bids, email bids, or fax bids received on or
after the day the first lot is sold, nor Internet bids submitted
after the published closing time; nor is the Auctioneer responsible
for proper execution of bids submitted by telephone, mail, FAX,
e-mail, Internet, or in person once the auction begins. To ensure
the greatest accuracy, your written bids should be entered on
the standard bid sheet form and be received at the Auctioneer's
place of business at least two business days in advance of the
auction date.</P>
<P><B>Payment:</B><BR>

for return will be handled on an individual basis. Returned merchandise
will not be accepted without prior approval. In no event will
L. H. Selman Ltd. incur liability beyond the purchase price of
an individual lot. </P>
<P><B>Guarantee: </B><BR>
All lots are sold on an "as is" basis. L. H. Selman
Ltd. makes every effort to describe each lot with complete accuracy
and accepts responsibility for the authenticity of the items offered
