SPECTRAL (2016) - DARPA Armor with Extra Components - DARPA armor with extra components from Nic Mathieu's Spectral. DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) soldiers wore armor to battle hyperspectral anomalies.

This black and gray armor consists of a dense urethane helmet with metal fixtures, a urethane chin and mouth breathing apparatus featuring a rubber tube with multiple ports and a foam and faux leather cowl with rubber accents along the neck; resin and urethane chest and back armor with nylon straps and various pouches; a nylon and polyester jacket with faux leather detailing; a polyester long-sleeve undershirt; faux leather and cotton-blend gloves with urethane knuckle padding; nylon and polyester pants with faux leather detailing; elastane and polyester compression under armor pants; urethane and resin leg armor with nylon straps; and leather combat boots with nylon laces, rubber soles, and a pair of foot guards. This lot also includes an additional three breathing apparatuses, a pair of faux leather arm pieces, three leg accessory components, six accessories with two wired components, five hoses, 21 ammo magazines, and eight pairs of gloves. Also included is a production tag hand-marked "Ga'spa'r Szabo." The armor has been marked internally throughout for "Ga'spa'r Szabo," "GAZ51," "Sessions DBL G. Szeman," "Gabor Szeman," "Stunt 2xL," "BG," "CP No. 1," "Emil! Fix It!" and "Stunt." This lot exhibits discoloration, illegible text due to fading and discoloration, chipped paint, and flaked faux leather.
