REPO MAN (1984) - Clapperboard - A clapperboard from the production of Alex Cox's Repo Man. Though Robby Muller was the cult classic's credited director of photography, three-time Academy Award& reg;-winning cinematographer Robert Richardson stepped in as a camera operator for additional photography during production.

This wood Victor Duncan Inc. clapperboard labeled for director Cox, cameraman "Bob Richardson," and production number "Repo Man" is dated "9-83" with its roll number covered up. It is extensively applied on front and back with strips of tape swapped out or covered over between slates. The tape on the reverse features labels such as "Sepia," "San Vicente," and "Sync," indicating that this clapperboard was utilized extensively during production. The clapperboard exhibits peeling tape, paint flaking on the wood, stickiness, and rust on its metal hinge from age. Dimensions: 12" x 10" x 1.5" (30.5 cm x 25.5 cm x 4 cm)
