We allow refund or exchange if found to be defective if Prime Auctioneer fault. If an item(s) needs to be returned for refund or exchange Prime Auctioneer needs to have written notice by bidder in form of email to salesatprimeauction@gmail.com, no later than 7 days of receiving the product. It is Prime Auctioneer sole discretion to approve any return. PRIME AUCTIONEER will provide a Merchandise Authorization Number. All authorize return(s) must receive in the exact condition as it was shipped to the buyer. There are no refunds on shipping or auction premium. Unauthorized return(s) will be refused.

This would be the cost to replace the jewelry with an item of equal quality and kind, considered to be the current market price or replacement value. This type of appraisal is done to protect you (the bidder) in the event of damage or loss of a valuable item. Our appraisals are conducted by independent 3rd party appraisal firms that utilizes certified GIA gemologist. Appraisals should be used for verification of gemstone and/or metal weight, size and grade only, not actual value. Appraisal value should be considered for insurance purposes only, not actual value, as price varies greatly from retail locations throughout the world. Items should not be purchased with the expectation to resell for appraisal price, or for profit.

We carry mostly pre-owned watches from secondary market in exceptionally excellent condition.
We guarantee that the timepieces we sell are all authentic, genuine unless otherwise stated where there are custom diamond parts such as diamond dial, diamond bezel, and/or diamond band. We do not sell replicas of any kind. Diamonds used in the custom parts of the watches are of top quality stones; with clarity range between VS and SI, and color range between G to H.
An appraisal certificate is provided for every fine timepiece or jewelry purchased from Prime Auctioneer . Valuation may be based between actual purchase amount and it's retail list price. In some cases, the item purchased may include also it's original warranty certificate (in the case of watches) or Laboratory Certificate (in the case of diamonds).

Return Policy :
7 days return policy from the date of receipt, upon thorough inspection by PRIME AUCTIONEER staff. Refund including shipping fee will be provided if found to be defective being faulted by PRIME AUCTIONEER within the 7 days return policy period. NO return merchandise under our refund policy shall be entertained after the 7 days period. Payment :
Payment of the winning bid amount, buyer's premium and shipping/handling charges will be made at the time the auction is reconciled and invoiced. Prime Auctioneer with it's sole descrition will process bidder’s payment after 24 hours by using the credit card on file with utmost care and confidentiality. In the event that no credit card is on file, the bidder will be directed to process payment online thru Prime Auctioneer payment system. Please also note that we accept other payment method such as
PayPal, bank wire transfer, money order, cashier's check & all major credit/debit card i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express thru our merchant gateway.

Shipping Terms:
We provide handling, packing and shipping services solely as a convenience for our bidders.
We ship primarily by FEDEX or Express mail within a commercially reasonable time. On average, PRIME AUCTIONEER customer(s) may expect shipment within 3 to 5 business days from the date of payment receipt and confirmed along with the complete payment fund(s) transfer to our account.
An OVERNIGHT FEDEX SHIPPING is also available upon the request of the customer with a reasonable extra fee.
In some isolated cases (if the merchandise are not ready for shipment within (3 to 5 business days) due to unforeseen event, you will be notified of the delay via email or phone call. We will see to it that processing of your merchandise will be done in timely manner. Actual cost of shipping will be applied by Prime Auctioneer in accordance to PRIME AUCTIONEER shipping rates with full insurance.
Breach of Agreement
In the event of any disagreement between Prime Auctioneer and the customer, all issues shall be governed, adjudicated and filed pursuant to the laws of the State of California.
