<B>10c Second Issue Experimental PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.</B></I> A somewhat scarcer Experimental, and particularly scarce in this grade. PMG has certified it as a Milton 2E10F.4, which we believe to be correct. It has the typical two half-moon cancels and the blue "SPECIMEN," stamp. Fractional Experimentals are very rarely seen this nice.
