<B>10c Second Issue Experimental "Near Pair" PCGS Very Choice New 64PPQ.</B></I> Unique to our best knowledge in this form, this 10c fiber-paper piece has one full Second Issue reverse from the completed plate without the bronze, and half of the note below it. Pen notations indicate a production date of November 12, 1863, which was at the height of the experimental period when inks, paper, plate, and presses were all being experimented with (upon?).
