Description: Available for your bidding pleasure is this 101 Wild West Show Rifle and it come with 2 flags from the 101 Wild West show as well!. The rifle is a Winchester Model 1866 Carbine, believed to have been modified for Wild West Show purposes, to accommodate a rim size of a later centerfire cartridge like a 44-40, or maybe a 45 Colt long. This would allow the rifle to handle the centerfire blanks used by the Wild West Show. The rifle is die stamped, at the end of the bottom tang, in the wood, with the 101 insignia. We have a letter from a 101 Ranch Specialist and Appraiser (letter included). We are selling this as an antique / curio item and not warranted safe to shoot. No FFL paperwork required on this antique, black powder rifle which was made pre-1898. We will only ship this item to the United States and only where it is legal to do so. Please know your local/state laws before buying. Maker: Winchester. Approx. Age: 1874. Size: 20” barrel with an overall length of 39”. Condition: Pretty good for its age, wear expected.
