101 Ranch Charro items Antonio "Joe" Esquivel101 Ranch Trunk Antique leather covered trunk, 26x13x14 containing the show costume of the 101 ranch charro who was listed in show programs as the champion vaquero of Mexico. The trunk contains an ornatesombrero, a pair of fine embroidered buckskin pantalones, a holster cartridge belt rig, (with the loops removed), a pair of high top black horsemans boots, a fine colt lightning holster bordered with pitiado and theinitials JE or JC? along with all of thes gear is his ornate single action revolver. It has ivory grips, gold plated hammmer, trigger. The butt is capped with silver panels. "Antonio Esquivel" is engraved andgold plated on the backstrap. This revolver looks like a Colt, but it is actually a "Mexican Colt". This is a good looking gun anyway. It is neatly done and looks great as part of a wild west show rig. There is acopy of a page showing joe Esquivel in one of his charro costumes
