This is an excellent high quality necklace and bracelet set showing 100.26 carats of Rubies and 6.79 carats of Diamonds on a 14k yellow gold setting. The piece shows absolutely wonderful craftsmanship and quality. The necklace has 100.26 carats (also estimated to be 105.26 carats) of rubies with an excellent medium dark moderately strong purplish red color and good quality. The rubies all have a faceted oval cut. The set also has 6.79 carats (also estimated to be 7.11 carats) of brilliant cut diamonds with a good color and quality for a bracelet/necklace setting. The necklace and bracelet are a matching set. The rubies have a SI-1 to SI-2 clarity. The set comes with an American International Gemologists "AIG" Estimated Retail & Gemological Report appraisal. The set has an estimated value of $49,350.00. Necklace has a 17" length. Bracelet has a 7 3/8" length. Total of 41 Rubies and 410 Diamonds.

This is a legal agreement between you, the user or buyer, and North American Auction Company. You must be at least 18 years old to bid. North American Auction Company. (Hereinafter referred to as Auction Co.) at its sole discretion, may ban from further use any buyer or seller which Auction Co. believes to have in any way misrepresented itself or any item selling, failed to abide by the terms, or conducted any improper auction behavior as determined solely by Auction Co. No bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. In the event of legal proceedings arising from this contract or from the auction in connection therewith, buyer consents to being subject to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Montana. Buyer also agrees that venue shall be in Gallatin County, Montana and that the laws of the State of Montana shall govern this Agreement and the parties' transaction hereunder. The BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save the Auction Co., Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees), directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from Buyer's negligent acts or omissions or breach of this agreement, except for damages caused by or resulting from the Auction Co.'s sole negligence. All items must be paid for prior to removal; if storage arrangements are not made in advance of bidding on items. Storage will start March 22th 2015 and will be charged $10 per day per item. If there is a dispute on the authenticity of an item, the only professional opinion that will be considered is from a curator of a well-known museum.
